If you have ordered carpet or electricity, please note that the service desks for George Fern and Capital Electric are typically not staffed after 4 p.m. If you need these services please make plans to arrive at your booth location before that time.
If your booth is:
600 Square Feet or Larger
Monday, October 27 – Noon to 8 p.m.
400 Square Feet
Monday, October 27 – 2 pm to 8 pm
Tuesday, October 28 – 8 am to 8 pm
Inline 400 Square Feet and larger
Tuesday, October 28 – 2 pm to 8 pm
200-300 Square Feet
Wednesday, October 29 – 8 am to 8 pm
100 Square Feet
Thursday, October 30 – 8 am to 8 pm
NO DRIVE IN – Unload at West or South Dock
The show opens at 11 am on Halloween, October 31st. Exhibitors may not arrive at their booth location more than 1 hour prior to show opening each day.
You are encouraged to bring dollies and carts to help transport your exhibit materials.
